I bought my current car 4 years ago from Wateringpool; I had never been to them before. I was initially impressed by their display and condition of cars and reasonable price. From my first enquiry I was treated so well and with respect that I went ahead and purchased my present vehicle; 70,000 miles later my little car is still going strong. I take it to their servicing department and again they look after me so well, being a woman on her own it is a comfort to know I have a garage I can trust. Even when I ring them up saying I can hear a strange noise from the engine, the reply is "bring it in and we'll have a look." True to their word I take it in and they see to it, and sometimes they don't even charge me. When the time comes for me to change my car I won't go anywhere else to get another. I have lived all over the UK and have come across many garages, but in my eyes Waterinpool are the best.

Would highly recommend; very honest, trustworthy and friendly staff. Got a great deal on a Volvo XC60- which was immaculate throughout and exactly as described online. There was NO charge for a test drive- as other reviews have incorrectly stated- and no high pressure selling. Paul held the car for me for 24 hours, despite other interest, so I could return for a second look after my first visit. Brilliant car. Professional, helpful & friendly staff on site. I'll need a second car in the next 18 months; despite the 3 hour round trip, I'll definitely be going back.

Horrendous. All sweetness and light until you want your test drive deposit back because you dont want the car. Dr Jekyll to Mr Hyde transformation. A £100 deposit is required for a test drive, never seen this before. Cars are packed onto the lot like sardines and if you want to test drive its like something out of the app store to get your car out. They might be OK if the car is good, but if it isn’t - good luck, you will need it. Take my advice and run like hell and don’t look back. A horrendous experience.
